A leading reporter from KTN, Mr. James Karani and his team will be in the Washington, DC area at the Swahili Village Restaurant this Saturday, June 9th from 3pm. The KTN team is on a USA tour organized by KenyanDiasporaLink.com and is here to listen to the Diaspora’s voice on issues such as Diaspora Voting, Dual Citizenship, the Constitution, Immigration, etc.

All are welcome for an open discussion about these and other issues affecting the Diaspora.

Over the last few months the Kenyan media has received several complaints, articles, comments, etc from the Diaspora especially regarding the 2012 elections. For this reason the KTN team would like to make your voices heard to the larger Kenyan community, the private sector and the Kenyan government by featuring the Diaspora Story on a KTN Special News Feature that is scheduled to run at the end of this month on KTN.

We would therefore urge you to come to the Swahili Village Restaurant on June 9th at 3pm – 4pm to join the discussion. The session will be recorded and clips featured on KTN prime time news in Kenya and online on KTN Live at the end of June 2012.
