Water Minister Charity Ngilu

Water Minister Charity Ngilu has declared she will support Raila Odinga for the Presidency.

Ngilu said Kenya needed to be liberated from what she described as bad leadership experienced over the years, and she believes the ODM Party Leader is just the man for that job.
