The Kenya High Commissioner to the UK, H.E. Ephraim Ngare explains the various events planned at the ‘Kenya House’ during the 2012 Olympic season. For all you need to know about Kenya, come to the Kenya House between the 27th July and 12th August at 29-35 West Ham Lane, Stratford, London.
Based in Stratford, just a short ten minute walk from the Olympic Stadium at the East Thames Housing Association and open to the public from 27th July 2012 – 12th August 2012, Kenya House is superbly located for those visiting the stadium and surrounding areas during the Games, or for those simply wanting to soak up some Olympic spirit a stone’s throw from the action.
According to Magical Kenya, Kenya House is a window into the wealth of unique opportunities the country has to offer, from visionary investments and trading ideas to its rich cultural heritage and dominance in tourism to Africa. The House will be open to the public for a number of events showcasing trade, tourism and export opportunities in the country. Plus, visitors will also be able to watch live coverage of the Kenyan team competing in their various disciplines on the House’s big screens.
