"Honorary Kenyan" Gets His Show Produced by Chris Rock

San Francisco-based comedian W. Kamau Bell

A San Francisco-based comedian, W. Kamau Bell premiered his half-hour comedy show on the American cable channel, FX. The show titled Totally Biased with W. Kamau was produced by none other than Legendary comedian, Chris Rock. According to his Twitter he is "Not officially a Kenyan. A proud honorary Kenyan."

Chris Rock discovered W. Kamau Bell when he saw his one-man show, The W. Kamau Bell Curve: Ending Racism in About an Hour, and decided to produce his show which premiered on the 9th of August. Totally Biased is a satirical stand-up comedy show where Kamau Bell finds a humorous twist in current affairs and news stories, followed by an interview with a celebrity.

The celebrity guest for the first show which aired last week was none other than Chris Rock himself. W. Kamau Bell who has received accolades from such respected comedians like Robin Williams has two comedy albums, 2007's One Night Only and 2010's Face Full of Flour.
