Kenyan Rapper Octopizzo Lands a Scholarship to Study in the U.S.

Kenya’s fresh hip-hop star, Octopizzo has landed himself a scholarship to pursue a degree in Business in Purdue University in Indiana, USA.

The rapper was reportedly offered the chance to further his education after he was approached by a US-based group after they sort his consultation on the best projects to pursue in Kenya as part of their social campaign initiatives.

“I proposed to them to start a clinic in Kibera, which would cater for the needs of the poor,” The rapper spoke to Pulse.

The rapper is now waiting for the project to pick up before he takes up the scholarship offer. He is also in the studio recording his new songs.
