Eleven people were killed and many others injured after a clash between rival communities at Chamwanamuma village in Tana River Delta Friday.
The attackers razed a village and drove away livestock in the dawn incident.
The Kenya Red Cross said 10 people were injured and it had dispatched a response team to the area.
"Fresh attacks in Tana River have resulted in the death of 11 people, and left 10 injured and hospitalised," Kenya Red Cross official Nelly Muluka told the AFP news agency.
"There is a lot of tension in the area following the attack," she said.
"These are revenge attacks."
KRC said 700 livestock consisting of 300 cattle and 400 goats were missing.
The latest killings come two weeks after 52 people were massacred at Riketa village in a fight over water and pasture in Tana River County between the Pokomo and Orma communities.
