Video: Kenya Police Turn Roadblocks into Toll Stations

The role of traffic police officers it seems has evolved over the years, for the worst. The officers no longer check vehicles for defects and transportation of contraband.

Instead, they have turned roadblocks into toll stations and as our crew found out, the bribery business is undertaken openly along the highway leading to Isiolo.
