Kenya Tourist Board Embarks on its 2012 U.S. Roadshow: Oct 16-18 2012

The Kenya Tourist Board is pleased to announce the launch of its annual travel agent roadshow taking place throughout the U.S. this October. The roadshow will provide agents with an opportunity to learn more about Kenya, how to promote and sell the destination to their clients, as well as showcase Kenya's varied offerings. This year's show will feature Kenyan suppliers ranging from camps and lodges to safari operators and international airlines.

The three-city roadshow will take place October 16 – 18 in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Travel agents are encouraged to register for the below events taking place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at each location.

  • October 16, 2012: Chicago, IL, at the Omni Downtown Chicago
  • October 17, 2012: Philadelphia, PA, at the Sofitel Philadelphia
  • October 18, 2012: Washington D.C., at the Willard Intercontinental

The interactive road show events will also give travel agents the opportunity to speak with Kenyan suppliers, product experts, and representatives. Attendees at each event will be entered in a drawing to win a trip to Kenya.
