Kenya is said to have no credible voters register and with four months to go IEBC is yet to start the voter's registration process. This is attributed to inadequate preparation by the electoral body. The independent electoral and boundaries - IEBC has opted to register voters electronically, however, the 4th march voting will be conducted manually.

Nonetheless, this may have to change in future if home grown technology by a 21 year old Collins Maxwell is anything to go by. The lad has innovated a machine that is capable of handling up to 900 million voters in its data base.
