Kenyan Man in Custody for Forcing Son to Have Sex with Mother

A man has been incarcerated at a Kisii Court purportedly forcing his eldest son to have sex with his mother. Justus Obwocha Motiso is alleged to have committed the immoral offence at his home at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County on June 1.

Evidence presented before the court said that Motiso undressed his wife before his children, tied her with a chain on the legs, hands and neck before pushing his eldest son to have sex with her.

The Judge declined to grant Motiso bail on fears that the public could attack him in retaliation.

Motiso denied the charges, but the court ordered he be held at the Kisii Prison until June 20 this year when the case will be mentioned and hearing on July 13.

The courtroom was congested as curious residents attended to listen to the hearing.
