Kenyans Attack US Ambassador Robert Godec on Twitter

US ambassador Robert Godec has found himself in hot soup after Kenyans took to Twitter, asking him to desist from meddling with the country's electoral matters.

This comes after Godec warned both Jubilee and Nasa over the impasse surrounding the repeat presidential election slated for October 26th.

“Kenyan leaders should publicly reject violence…some Kenyans are stoking community tensions and it must stop,” he said after one person was reported dead in Siaya during the Opposition’s anti-IEBC protests.

Godec led other foreign envoys in threatening to impose travel bans on politicians out to derail the repeat poll.

Using hashtag #GodecInfects, Kenyans online told the Ambassador to keep off the Kenya's affairs, saying Kenya has never meddled in US elections. Here are some of the reactions.
