Kalonzo, Wetang'ula Accused of Holding Night Meetings with Jubilee to Sabotage Raila's Swearing-in
Former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has accused Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetang'ula and his Wiper counterpart Kalonzo Musyoka of betraying the National Super Alliance (Nasa) coalition.
The self-proclaimed general of Nasa's National Resistance Movement (NRM) claims that the two have been holding secret night meetings with Jubilee in a bid to sabotage the swearing-in of Raila Odinga as people’s president.
"To NASA "principals" and other opportunists holding night meetings with Jubilee despots in order to sabotage the Swearing-in of the People's President Odinga on January 30th & the unveiling of a parallel government, you will face the wrath of the people," Miguna said in a tweet.
"On August 8, 2017 Kenyatta & Ruto stole elections and imposed themselves and a bunch of crooks on Kenyans. They subsequently murdered more than 315 innocent civilians. We are going to fight & defeat the despots. Wetangula Musyoka et al are free to join them!" He continued in another post.
"NRM forces are ordered to deal with all traitors fiercely from today. We know of the night meetings. The People's Revolution will not be sabotaged by scoundrels!"
In response, however, Ford Kenya dismissed the claims saying, "Statements made by @MigunaMiguna are out of scope and meant to rock the NASA coalition. His unfounded allegations are based on propaganda and innuendos. This must stop."
The former Canada-based lawyer in turn said he even has recorded evidence of the meeting he claims took place on January 11th.
"Ask them about the meeting of January 11, 2018. I have them on tape. I also have the transcripts of their secret meetings."
