Kenyans Online React as Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria 'Escorts' Miguna Miguna to Dubai

A section of Kenyans on social media expressed outrage after Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria 'escorted' embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna to Dubai on Wednesday night.

Kuria was in the same flight that Miguna was bundled into and deported to the United Arabs Emirates by Kenyan authorities.

The controversial MP posted photos of him and Miguna in the Emirates airline plane and later videos of the self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) general as he clashed with officials upon arriving at the Dubai International Airport.

“This morning at Dubai International Airport I bid farewell to the leader of the breakaway Eastern Suburbs of Toronto, NRM General Miguna Miguna who completed a succesful 4 day state visit to Kenya. We committed to continue working together to strengthen the relationship between the people of the two friendly nations,” wrote Moses Kuria on his Facebook page on Thursday morning.

"Aboard Flight EK 722 to Dubai. I can positively confirm we have all nationalities on this flight including a very bald headed Canadian. Rehla Sayeedah General," Kuria said in an earlier post.

However, social media users bashed the MP and questioned his role in the deportation of his fellow Kenyan. Here are some of the reactions.

Field Marshal Kinuthia Njiraini wrote:"When Jubilee's oppressors are through with impunity , we will depot you to Gatundu mashinani farmer man."

Saban Limo remarked: " Kuria I don't like Miguna, but I detest you, you are so reckless with a foul mouth, you don't sound your age, why do you keep following and mocking a wounded man?"

Maonda Martin noted: "No moses kuria instead of fighting such injusticesthat are being metted on your fellow countryman a son born in kenya from nyando here you are busy celebrating and mocking him.my dear brother lanes have been set Miguna miguna has just scored highly both localy and internationaly as abrave stateman ,defender of human rights besides being abeliever of the constitution.stoo being amediocre and instead fight for your electorates."

Othienho Jakogelox Georgeyouzx said: "Moses Kuria your pride will one day come to an End, you think this country is Akikuyu state. Don't think Msando is off our minds yet and you still behave like this.."
