Raila Received Sh50 Billion from President Uhuru after the Handshake, Miguna Miguna Claims
Self-declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) general Miguna Miguna has continued to launch attacks on opposition leader Raila Odinga following his March 9th handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The firebrand politician now claims that President Uhuru offered Odinga a whooping Sh50 billion in exchange for ceasefire against the Jubilee administration.
“Finally, @RailaOdinga‘s deal with @UKenyatta is a personal and private monetary agreement and arrangement between two people,” said Miguna in a tweet on Saturday.
He added: “@UKenyatta paid @RailaOdinga Sh50 billion to betray thousands who have died and been maimed at @RailaOdinga demos. Enough is Enough!”
He maintained that Odinga betrayed other Nasa leaders and millions of supporters by going to bed with President Uhuru without consulting them.
"Tens of millions of @RailaOdinga and @CoalitionNASAKe supporters did not ask @RailaOdinga to surrender to @UKenyatta. They didn't want @UKenyatta recognised as a legitimate president. @RailaOdinga didn't consult @CoalitionNASAKe leaders, his supporters and patriotic Kenyans."
Miguna, who has been kicked out of the country twice this year, further said the handshake between Kenyatta and Odinga was personal since it has not lived to its objective of uniting the country.
“To @RailaOdinga: On March 16, 2018 at Ahero and Kisumu towns, you told thousands of #NRMKe supporters that “@MigunaMiguna will be back home on March 26th, thanks to the handshake.” What are you now telling them? Why haven’t you condemned @UKenyatta for violating my rights?” He said.
"After @UKenyatta and @WilliamsRuto stole the August 8, 2017 elections, murdered and maimed more than 400 of @RailaOdinga and @CoalitionNASAKe followers, @RailaOdinga declared that he was ready to die in defence of electoral justice. Why did he surrender 20 days after my torture?"
