Drama at Nakuru County Assembly as Two Female MCAs Exchange Blows over a Boyfriend

Drama ensued at the Nakuru County Assembly on Tuesday afternoon after two female MCAs disrupted lunch activities at the cafeteria when they exchanged kicks and blows over a man.

Each of the two nominated MCAs claimed to be the bonafide lover of the boyfriend they were fighting over. Sources said the two exchanged insults via mobile messages before meeting at the County Assembly premises.

The two, identified as Joyce Anyiso and Jacqueline Manyara were heard warning each other to keep off the man before going physical.

Anyiso and Manyara are nominated by Jubilee Party to represent the minority and youth respectively. One of their colleagues said the two had been dating the same man separately.

 “Huyu ni  wazimu (This one is crazy)! She needs help! Please help her seek help!. Keep off my man'!" One of them was heard shouting.

It took the intervention of Nakuru County Assembly assistant Sergeant at Arms to separate the two. Their colleagues chased away journalists who attempted to record the fist fight.
