Former "Vioja Mahakamani" Actor Jamal Gadafi Stabbed to Death by Girlfriend

Popular Kenyan actor, Jamal Nassul Gadafi has been killed in what is reported to be love turned sour.

Reports indicate that Jamal, who acted as a judge in the famous Kenyan comedy show "Vioja Mahakamani" which aired on KBC TV, was stabbed to death by his girlfriend.

His lover identified as Grace Kanamu, 40, is said to have stabbed him using a kitchen knife after they allegedly quarreled during a party at the Arks Hotel in Mlolongo area on Tuesday night.

The incident is reported to have happened at 6:15 pm and it is yet to be established what they argued about. The 39-year-old was rushed to Shalom Hospital but was announced dead on arrival.

Confirming the incident, Athi River OCPD Sharma Wario says police have launched investigations into the actor's killing. Jamal and Kanamu allegedly pursued the relationship as they're both divorced.

The award-winning actor has featured in several Kenyan films and TV shows including Junior, Vioja Mahakamani, and Aunty Boss among others.
