Gospel Singer Size 8 Loses Unborn Child After Undergoing Medical Abortion

Gospel singer Linet Munyali, alias Size 8, has lost her unborn child.

Her husband Samuel Muraya, popularly known as DJ Mo, announced the sad news through a video posted on their YouTube channel on Friday.

DJ Mo said they made a painful decision for her wife to undergo a medical procedure that saw them lose their baby. Size 8 said she experienced fluctuating temperatures and high blood pressure, leading to her admission to the hospital.

“My blood pressure rose to a high level and for some time stayed abnormally high. Doctors tried all their best to manage my pressure but it still kept fluctuating. They even administered different drugs to no avail. Currently, my pressure is still high and I had to undergo surgery,” Size 8 said.

Following the doctor’s recommendation, the couple decided to save the gospel singer’s life at the expense of their unborn baby, with Size 8 undergoing a medical abortion.

“As you can see the operation was good, everything has gone well. All I can say is God has a reason for everything. My wife’s blood pressure hit abnormal levels of up to 200-230 mm Hg,” said Mo.

“We thank God because Linet is very safe. Our doctor advised us, saying that we now had to save the mother. We had no option but to allow them do the procedure,” he added.

The couple has two children together.
