Kenyan Socialite Vera Sidika Welcomes Her First Child

Kenyan socialite-cum businesswoman Vera Sidika is the newest mum in town. 

Sidika, 29, announced the birth of her first-born baby Asia Brown through social media on Wednesday.

“20.10.2021 at 10:21 am 🎊A princess was born🎊 Asia Brown @princess_asiabrown.You will always be the miracle that makes our life complete,” Sidika wrote on her Instagram account.

Sidika, who shared a photo of her and her husband Brown Mauzo in the hospital, said she delivered the baby through Caesarean section.

She also divulged that she had to wake up her make-up artist in the middle of the night to do her make-up before she went into theatre so that she could look “pretty”.

The socialite announced her pregnancy in June this year via an Instagram video.

Vera got married to Mauzo, a musician, in October 2020, months after she relocated to Mombasa from Nairobi. 

Sidika previously dated singer Otile Brown before they broke up in 2018, with the socialite accusing the “Baby Love” hit-maker of using her to gain popularity.
