Gospel Singer Loise Kim Joins UDA Party, Declares Bid for Kiambu Woman Rep Seat
Kikuyu gospel singer Loise Kim has joined the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ahead of the August 9th elections.
Loise, who has set eyes on the Kiambu County Woman Representative seat, was received to UDA by Deputy President William Ruto.
"Proud to welcome gospel award-winning musician Loise Kim to the Hustler Nation. She is an aspirant for the Kiambu Women's Representative position," Ruto said through Twitter.
The award-winning singer joins six other candidates who have expressed interest in the Kiambu Woman Representative position in the forthcoming elections.
They include Emma Wangari alias Mama Mwiko, Mary Kirika, Njeri Bakari, former Kiambu TNA coordinator Gladys Chania, Kiambu Deputy Governor Joyce Ngugi and renowned motivational speaker Ann Wamuratha.
The seat is currently held by former radio presenter Gathoni Wamuchomba, who is eyeing the Githunguri parliamentary seat.
