American Rapper Rick Ross Gets Explosive Reception at JKIA

Popular American rapper Rick Ross arrived in Kenya on Friday ahead of his much awaited show dubbed “NRG WAVE”.

The flight carrying Rick Ross touched the ground at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) a few minutes to 11 am, where he got an explosive reception from his fans in Kenya, who arrived at the airport to welcome him.

Ross and his team then left the airport in a convoy of luxury vehicles and police escort.

The MayBach boss will perform at the Carnivore grounds, in Nairobi on Saturday night. Local hip hop stars also expected to entertain levelers at the show include Papa Jones Khaligraph, Camp Mulla, Fena Gitu and Nyashinski.

The 42-year-old has had health issues in recent times and only returned to the stage last month after being given a clean bill of health.

Ross collaborated with  Tannzanian Bongo Flavor star Diamond Platnumz for a song dubbed Waka Waka.
