American rapper Richard Colson Baker, popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), says that he was brought up in Kenya.
Baker, who was born in Houston, Texas, made the revelation when he went undercover online with men’s magazine GQ to respond to questions posed by fans on Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.
The Hip hop star, who is known for his popular hit ‘Wild Boy’ released in 2011, stated that he was raised in Egypt and Kenya before moving to Germany and finally settling in the United States.
“I grew up in Egypt till I was five or six years old…Egypt and Kenya…and then Germany for a bit, then I came to the United States…” the 29-year-old rap star, who was born to missionary parents, said.

Lots of American kids raised outside the US turn spoiled Brats when they go back to the US. So bad.
Well don't judge people's children Kenya and Guest one. If yours turned out "fine" (whatever the heck fine means to you) piga magoti na ushukuru God.
I am not judging him but call me old school. A body full of graffiti and mural.
That's art. He is expressing himself in a free world. Nothing wrong with that. But like you said. You wouldn't ever understand.
@Sungura, I love your statement which is so true: "if yours turned fine, shukuru mungu".
His parents were missionaries. How is painting the whole body beautiful? It looks disgusting.
