I have been told by the system that, my confirmation code is wrong, that it should be 16 not 15 digits, I printed out my confirmation page n is also 15 digits.. I don’t know why?

I printed 15 confirmation code but tried to check out the result and am told by the system that my code is wrong. And it should be 16 confirmation code why?
