Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama has continued with his attacks on Wiper Democratic Movement leader, Kalonzo Musyoka this time round telling him that he does not solely own the Wiper party.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Citizen TV , the controversial senator told the former vice president that the party belongs to all party members and not individuals. “Wiper does not belong to Kalonzo alone, but to all of us. I am a life member of Wiper and I continue to pay monthly contributions” he said.
The outspoken senator further said that he is still making deliberations on leaving the party adding that he will withdraw his contributions once he leaves the party. “I have something in there and when I will decide to leave I will leave with it,” Muthama said.
The senator however said that he will return to the party only when the NASA presidential running mate learns to respect other people’s rights. “You respect people’s rights, you walk with me. You mistreat people and you part ways with Muthama,” the senator said.
“I regret the way Wiper is being micro-managed,” he told the press.
Muthama accused Musyoka of dictatorship, adding that he handpicked wiper party candidates in the just concluded party primaries. He said he will not be defending his seat in Machakos County as along as Wiper’s candidate Wavinya Ndeti and incumbent Machakos governor Alfred Mutua are the main runners of the governor seat.
