Popular Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika and her husband, singer Brown Mauzo are expecting their first child.
Sidika broke the news about her pregnancy through Instagram where she posted a video and photos of herself holding a baby bump.
“We are pregnant and we couldn’t be more excited! 🥰💃🏻 We decided it was time to add an entertainer to our lil family! We’ve waited for some time, to share our lovely news. We are so excited for this bundle of joy to come into our life and to experience a love far beyond all measures. We are thankful that the Lord chose us to be this baby’s parents!” she wrote.
The socialite-cum-businesswoman got married to Mauzo in October 2020, months after relocating to Mombasa from Nairobi.
Sidika previously dated singer Otile Brown before they broke up in 2018, with the socialite accusing the “Baby Love” hit-maker of using her to gain popularity.
“I loved him wholeheartedly thinking he was in this relationship out of love, he portrayed but I guess I was wrong. I would never involve someone’s heart if I need something for them," said Sidika.
"I was faithful for him. I turned down hot guys, governors, presidents from different countries who wanted to date me because I'm not about that life anymore."

Who are these bleachers???
Hahaha how much we emulate the West in your way of life! Never would I have imagined my mother saying,"We are pregnant".Is it not only women who get pregnant? Why use "We".Anyway my concern is of aserious nature.I do not know this arrogant lady who was chased by governors, and president, but for the sake of the inborn baby,Iwould hope that she had stopped using skin lighteners during gestation period. They could be harmful to the fetus...
I have read that she uses those products to lighten her skin.Time forget beauty, and thing of the health of the baby. Yes some studies have said that effects of skin lighteners to fetus have been inconlusive, but why take the risk.
