Missing Kenyan-American Woman Found Dead at Boston Logan Airport, Police Say Her Killer Fled to Kenya

Missing Kenyan-American Woman Found Dead at Boston Logan Airport, Police Say Her Killer Fled to Kenya

A missing Kenyan-American woman in Massachusetts has been found dead inside her car at a Boston’s Logan Airport parking garage.

Authorities say the body of 31-year-old Margaret “Maggie” Wanjiru Mbitu of Whitman, MA was found inside her car in the airport's Central Parking facility on Wednesday around 6:30pm.

Massachusetts State Police believe Maggie was killed by a Kenyan man, 40-year-old Kevin Kangethe of Lowell, MA. State Police say Kangethe was Maggie’s partner, and say Kangethe boarded a flight to Kenya shortly after ditching Maggie’s body at the parking garage. Police have issued an arrest warrant for Kangethe and say they are working with Kenyan authorities to capture him.

" .....The Lord taketh away? There surely must be a limit to how far you can stretch religion. The criminal TOOK her away, period.

  2. M kiratuNov 3, 2023

Religion has it's place and if some people find solace in it, all power to them. Your comment is offensive and has no place here especially when people are grieving their loss.

  3. M kiratuNov 3, 2023

What an idiot. The family is mourning and the last thing they want to hear is insensitive comments like this.

  4. PPPianNov 3, 2023

Mutuura Mwangi is Right! Christians need to Stop "Using the Name of GOD in Vain". They need to Stop the Nonsense.🙄

  5. PPPianNov 3, 2023

One Christian lady Died in an Accident in Kenya. The Pastor in her Church told Members NOT to say "Good took Her". The Pastor was Right.

  6. PPPianNov 3, 2023

Good ANALYSIS Bru. You're very Correct✅️. GOD has NOthing to Do with Murders.
*I would attribute GOD to to Those who Peacefully😔die in Sleep.

This is tragic. Condolences to family & friends.
That man didn't want anyone else to have her it seems.

  9. Augustine KarugaNov 3, 2023

The Lord didn't take her. The murderer killed her enabled by the devil 😈

May her soul rest in peace! Such a young life wasted. Thank you Massachusetts police for searching for her.
Kevin Kangethe; since we do not know what exactly happened between the two of you, until you inform us and the experts examine your story, don’t waste the taxpayer’s money and her family’s time. They need closure and to mourn her proper. Take the next flight out of Nairobi, back to Boston, and give people answers they seek. You chose to drive her dead body to the airport and abandon it there. How did you think this would end?

  11. MlandiziNov 3, 2023

I empathize with Maggie's loved ones for their loss but they will get closure because Kenya is too small for Kang'ethe to hide.

  12. JujuNov 3, 2023

The murderer must be apprehended and returned to US to face justice!!!

No, there isn’t a Lord who took her away, Kangethe the MURDERER MURDERED her!

The murderer will also claim that the Lord told the murderer to murder her!!!

    Religion is EVIL

  13. TausiNov 3, 2023

Poleni sana! Hopefully the Murderer will be found quickly and brought back here to do his to time.

  14. guestNov 4, 2023

dont be too sure ,he might kill himself rather than face the law

  15. OpenHeavensNov 3, 2023

Very sorry for your loss. Peace to you all from heaven.

Poleni sana. We hope justice will prevail as soon as possible but already we have lost someone dear . May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Poleni sana. We hope justice will prevail as soon as possible but already we have lost someone dear . May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Poleni sana family. Ati anatorokea Kenya. America will surely give Mr. Mbitu's family justice. You raised your child, prepare him or her on the challenges of lufe. Then a moron comes in at the prime of her life to express fake love, then do the unthinkable. Damu yake itakufata hadi kwenu pangoni. Wako ground, Kang'ethe fool. America won't let you, how much you spend on Kenyan corrupt system.
