(AP) Donald Trump Jr. and his wife, Vanessa Trump, may be getting divorced. A public court record filed Thursday in New York says Vanessa Trump is seeking an uncontested divorce from the president's son.
Details of the divorce complaint haven't been made public.
The couple married in 2005 and have five children.
The Trump Organization hasn't responded to an emailed request for comment.
Last month, Vanessa Trump opened a letter to her husband containing an unidentified white powder and was briefly hospitalized as a precaution, but the substance turned out to be nonhazardous. A Massachusetts man later was charged with sending the threatening letter.

I am not a legal mind but I think she can retain it if she gets some good representation....though from the look of things, that girl can live anywhere with the kind of 'loot' she'll get to keep....loot hard-earned by living with the likes of DT -- can only imagine what she'd had to keep up with.
Did you read the story before commenting? This is about Donald Trump Jr and not the President. And nowhere does it say Venessa Trump is of foreign origin.

Why do blacks especially from Africa thinks having USA papers is a ticket to heavens;richness,prosperity or guarantee u won’t die??Many Africans r well off n leave in Africa especially or any other world countries even if u give them green card for free they will shred it straight in the latrine so the issue of papers r no where here or there on Trump jnr marriage.If ur tired of yr marriage it’s normal to call it quick n Trumps r normal family so this should not b shocking news at all.Now the refugees who always say I was deported can say so.
