CNN Correspondent Richard Quest Contracts Covid-19

Media personality Richard Quest is the latest CNN employee to be infected with the coronavirus disease.

Quest, a business editor and host of ‘Quest Means Business’, said he tested positive for Covid-19 over the weekend.

“I have caught coronavirus. I am blessed in that I have a few symptoms – just a cough. I am saving my prayers and thoughts for those less fortunate. Stay in. And protect lives,” he said.

He added: “I feel fine, I feel good. As long as I can… you and I will still get together at this time and have a good chat about the economic side of what’s going on.”

He joins several of his CNN workmates who have contracted the bug including  news anchors Chris Cuomo and Brooke Baldwin.

Cuomo, who is still anchoring his show ‘Cuomo Prime Time’ from an underground room of his house, also announced that his wife was diagnosed with the disease last week.

Baldwin however took a break from work after the diagnosis and is recuperating at home.
