There is an elected government in Kenya headed by H.E Uhuru who is deputised by H.E William. There are other people like CSs, Heads of Departments, Governors, Legislators, Judicialy and other leaders. You should respect them as what they are. Should there be something you feel its not right, there is always a diplomatic/constitutional way of airing your grievances other than insults.
