Kenyan Travellers Can Now Apply Online for UAE 14-Day Visit Permit Through Emirates

Kenyan passport holders travelling to the United Arab Emirates on Emirates can now apply online for a pre-approved 14-day Visit Entry Permit through VFS Global.

The new system is available to travellers planning stays of more than 48 hours and up to 14 days. Applicants must ensure their intended date of entry is within 30 days of submitting the application.

Travellers must also hold a valid residence permit to meet the eligibility requirements set by UAE authorities. Applications are submitted online, with VFS Global directing applicants to dubaivisa.net for guidance and the application process.

The digital system is intended to reduce the need for in-person visa processing and make it easier for eligible Kenyan travellers to prepare for their trips. The permit is available specifically to passengers travelling with Emirates and is intended for short visits, including business trips, family visits and holidays.

The introduction of the online application system is part of the wider move towards digital travel and immigration services, providing eligible Kenyan travellers with a more convenient way to complete the entry permit process before travelling to the UAE.
