Kenyan Embassy in Riyadh to Hold Question Time Session for Nationals

The Kenyan Embassy in Riyadh will hold a one-hour “Question Time” session to give Kenyan nationals in Saudi Arabia an opportunity to raise concerns and seek guidance from embassy officials.

The afternoon session will cover a range of consular and welfare matters, including passport applications and renewals, document authentication and attestation, and the issuance of emergency travel documents. Kenyans will also be able to seek guidance on labour and welfare issues, exit visas, repatriation procedures, and legal and immigration matters. The discussion will address issues affecting nationals who are navigating Saudi Arabia’s employment and regulatory systems.

The Embassy has asked Kenyan nationals to submit their questions in advance through the comments section. Officials will respond in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

The session is intended to provide a direct channel for Kenyans in Saudi Arabia to engage with embassy officials and obtain information on services and procedures. It will also give participants an opportunity to raise concerns affecting their day-to-day lives in the Kingdom.

The initiative forms part of efforts by Kenyan diplomatic missions to engage more directly with citizens living abroad. Such forums can provide an additional way for diaspora communities to access consular information and communicate their concerns to their representatives.

The Embassy has encouraged Kenyans in Saudi Arabia to take part in the session and submit questions on matters requiring clarification or assistance.
