12 Kenyan Nationals Among New “Worst of the Worst” List of Immigrants Arrested by ICE
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has launched a new public website titled "Arrested: Worst of the Worst," a searchable database listing non-citizens arrested by federal immigration enforcement for criminal offenses in the United States.
The platform provides a centralized resource for information on individuals targeted under the agency's stated priority of focusing enforcement efforts on those with criminal convictions. The database is housed on the official DHS website at dhs.gov/wow.
The website includes entries detailing the name, mugshot, country of origin, and criminal charges or convictions for hundreds of individuals apprehended by ICE across the United States.
Among the names included in the database are 12 Kenyans:
- ALFRED OBIERO (Colorado Springs, CO): Convicted of Assault, Driving Under Influence Liquor, Domestic Violence.
- BETHUEL GATHU (Chowchilla, CA): Convicted of Robbery.
- PATRICK MWANGI (San Antonio, TX): Convicted of Driving Under Influence Liquor.
- DANIEL KATHII (Conroe, TX): Convicted of Driving Under Influence Liquor.
- MOHAMED CHEKCHEKANI (San Pedro, CA): Convicted of Kidnap Minor, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
- MOFFAT MURIITHI (Seguin, TX): Convicted of Dangerous Drugs.
- NASERIAN MONTET (Spanish Fork, UT): Convicted of Assault, Violation of a Court Order.
- FRANCIS MUNGAI (Burlington, MA): Convicted of Receiving Stolen Property.
- ANTONY KARIA (Seattle, WA): Convicted of Fraud - False Statement, Hit and Run.
- BONIFACE MBURU (Marietta, GA): Convicted of Aggravated Assault - Weapon, Stolen Property.
- KEVIN GUNYANYI (Lancaster, PA): Convicted of Assault, Threat Terroristic State Offenses, Simple Assault.
- COLLINS KEANCHE (aSaint Cloud, MN): Convicted of Forgery Of Checks, Money Laundering.
