Search Continues for Olga Ooro, a Kenyan Woman Missing in Washington, DC

Police in Washington, DC continue to seek public help in locating Olga Ooro, a 34-year-old Kenyan woman who disappeared outside her Northwest DC apartment last week under mysterious circumstances.

Washington, DC Metropolitan police say Ooro was last seen walking away from her apartment building in the 300 block Massachusetts Ave, NW, DC on Thursday evening.

Ooro’s father said he went to pick up her son from the apartment over the weekend, only to find the child home alone. Her friends and neighbors say they are concerned for her safety, saying she would never intentionally leave her son by himself in the apartment.

Ooro is described as 34 years old, dark-skinned, 5’9”, and weighing 125 pounds.
