American singer Jason Derulo has gifted the family of a US-based Kenyan nurse a brand new handicap car.
This was after the nurse, Florence Njoroge of Jefferson, Massachusetts was named the Health Care Hero of the week early this week.
Florence, a mother of three, was picked as the healthcare hero of the week after her 15-year-old son, Jason sent a letter to Jimmy Kimmel Live show nominating his mother.
“My mum is an amazing nurse and a full-time health caretaker for my father who continues to gallantly fight Lou Gehrig’s disease also known as ALS…we have so many pressing responsibilities but she never fails to smile,” Jason said in the letter.
She added: “My household incurs a lot to effectively take care of dad. There are multiple things more normal and happier, for instance, we really need a handicap accessible van but that requires a lot of money.”
Florence works as a geriatric nurse in Massachusetts and also takes care of her husband after he was diagnosed with the nervous system disease which affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control.
Moved by the plight of Florence’s family, singer Derulo who was Kimell's guest host gave them a brand new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica minivan courtesy of Chrysler and Vantage Mobility International.
Some of the van’s features include a fully loaded VMI conversion and an in-floor power ramp that can be operated from the vehicle’s remote key. The car costs over $34,000.
“I’m so honored. Thank you so much,” an elated Florence said during a virtual interview on Kimell Live Show.

Muthuri, it is okay to be bitter sometimes about things happening in this world. You cannot mix a blessing and a curse in the same paragraph. You could have chosen to talk about generosity today and then about Mumbi another day. You damaged what your intention was about generosity. The whole story was about generosity.
I’m one of the victim who was conned millions by urithi co-operative.
I just heard of this Jason dude yesterday and it’s followed by this act of kindness! Wah! Peace to you Njoroges.. so much love!
Wonder. God bless this family
Let the haters of nurses now see they make good wives, caregivers and most importantly mothers!
My first symptoms of ALS occurred in 2011, but was diagnosed in 2013. I had severe symptoms ranging from shortness of breath, balance problems, couldn't walk without a walker or a power chair, i had difficulty swallowing and fatigue. I was given medications which helped but only for a short burst of time, then i decided to try alternative measures and began on ALS Formula treatment from Akanni herbal centre , It has made a tremendous difference for me (Visit www. akanniherbalcentre .com). I had improved walking balance, increased appetite, muscle strength, improved eyesight and others.
Mofoso fosto, stop this connish bull***t
My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. He was placed on Sinemet for 8 months and then Sifrol was introduced and replaced the Senemet, during this time span he was also diagnosed with dementia. He started having hallucinations, lost touch with reality. Suspecting it was the medication I took him off the Sifrol (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started him on PD natural herbal formula we ordered from Health Care HERBAL CENTRE, his symptoms totally declined over a 3 weeks use of the Health Care HERBAL Parkinson's disease natural herbal formula. He is now almost 51 and doing very well, the disease is totally reversed! Visit w w w . healthcareherbalcentre . com
WOW! They’re extremely nice and generous people out there to help most vulnerable like the Singer Jason Derulo Gifts Family of US-Based Kenyan Nurse Brand New Handicap unlike URITHI Management Team.
I am hopeful that one day, a Judge like Justice Mumbi will deliver the most damaging punishment to the entire Urithi Management Team headed by one International con artist Samuel Maina for swindled millions from unsuspecting senior citizens by selling them nonexistent plots
