Kenyan Woman Dies in Grisly Accident in Saudi Arabia, Days Before Her Scheduled Travel to Kenya

A Kenyan family is mourning the death of their kin who died in a grisly road accident in Saudi Arabia days before flying back home.

29-year-old Fedinanda Kavuu Nzau who has been working in the Gulf nation was killed after the car she was traveling in together with her employer’s son crashed.

The boy and the driver of the vehicle also perished in the accident that happened on Tuesday, December 29th.

The family learned about Nzau’s demise through a WhatsApp group following an earlier appeal to notify them as there was no contact in her phone to reach them.

A relative said the deceased was scheduled to travel back home on January 1st. Plans are underway to airlift her remains to the country this week for burial.

“Hello family…We have lost one of us through road accident. She together with the driver and the boss son lost their lives…Pray for her family. She was to travel. On Friday.”

“I had to edit this…She is our family member as soon as the boss posted… We got the message Called n cleared everything…She will be brought back home on Friday… Same day she was to come…Rem us in your prayers,” Mary Ann wrote in a Facebook group notifying other Kenyans in Saudi Arabia.
