Kenyan Arsenal Fan Enjoys Free London Flight, VIP Treatment After Winning Global Project

Adrian Ntwatwa, a Kenyan-based Arsenal fan, experienced an extraordinary moment after being selected as one of the victors in the Global Gunners project with Arsenal's principal sponsor, Emirates.

An official announcement from the club informed that Adrian was flown from Nairobi to London, expecting an unforgettable matchday experience. Upon his arrival, Arsenal's ambassador Gilberto Silva bid him welcome. The 33-year-old was driven to the stadium, where he reunited with his old friend and Arsenal supporter Sam Ruguna from Uganda.

The two were treated to a private tour of the stadium, including a visit to the press conference room and an opportunity to greet Arsenal players as they made entry into the Brighton match. The duo also had the chance to observe the team warm-up before the match started. Finally, his victory extended an opportunity to sit in the VIP Executive box and witness the whole game with Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva.

Even though Arsenal lost 3-0 against Brighton & Hove Albion, Ntwatwa expressed joy in watching the match live and alongside a legend. Reportedly, an average VIP package costs Ksh 1 million and can accommodate around 10-15 people. The Gunners project, a joint initiative between Arsenal and their sponsor Emirates, provides an exclusive opportunity for the football entity to reconnect with worldwide supporters.

Tickets for seating in either the upper or lower tier of the stadium usually range from Ksh12,468 to Ksh22,375. During the 2022/2023 Premier League season, Arsenal dominated for 248 days at the summit but eventually finished as runners-up as Man City retained their title for a third consecutive year with Erling Haaland taking home player of the season accolades.
