Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi Surprises Daughter With Car and Apartment After Graduation

Kapseret's Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has surprised his daughter, Faith Chemutai, with special gifts to commemorate her graduation from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.

Sudi hosted a celebratory event at his home in Kapseret on Wednesday where he bestowed upon his daughter a car and an apartment in Nairobi. Sudi conveyed his confidence that these offerings would lay a strong groundwork for his daughter's future pursuits. Fully embracing his role as a proud father, Sudi openly conveyed his heartfelt sentiments about his daughters' accomplishments.

Sudi expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support his daughter received during her academic journey and acknowledged the obstacles she encountered along the way. He firmly believes that education is vital for empowering children and improving the future of the nation. Sudi's joy was indescribable as he witnessed his daughter's extraordinary accomplishment, especially in a foreign land.

Before she departed for the United Kingdom, Sudi imparted valuable advice to his daughter, emphasizing the importance of showing respect and maintaining open lines of communication. With great pride, he joyfully announced that Faith had completed her bachelor's degree in 2023 and went on to pursue a master's degree. Sudi later shared the news that his daughter had secured a job in London, extending heartfelt congratulations her way. Expressing his immense pride, he bestowed upon his firstborn a special gift. In yesterday's address, Sudi encouraged his daughter to not only emulate his achievements but to surpass them, while also imparting the same guidance to his other children, urging them to remain dedicated to their chosen paths.

Furthermore, Sudi advocated for parents to actively participate in their children's lives and offer guidance to shield them from potential threats in society. The event was graced by esteemed figures such as the World Record holder Eliud Kipchoge, Nandi Governor Stephen Sang, Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii, and former presidential aspirant Rueben Kagame, among other prominent leaders. Kipchoge also presented Sudi with a pair of sneakers as a gift after the ceremony.
