Kenyan Woman Accused of Killing and Eating Daughter's Body Organs Detained for 10 Days

A Kajiado court on Tuesday ordered the detention of a Kenyan woman who was filmed butchering her two-year-old daughter on Sunday.
Olivia Naserian appeared before Chief Magistrate Jane Kamu, who granted a request by detectives for more time to complete investigations into the case.
Magistrate Kamu ordered that the suspect be detained for 10 days at the Kitengela police station after which she will face murder charges on May 8th.
Naserian is accused of killing her daughter, Glory Njeri in a mysterious incident that was captured on video by a neighbor.
In the gory video that went viral online, a woman believed to be Naserian is seen stabbing the child violently while singing out loudly at their home in Kitengela's Milimani Estate.
After killing the girl by cutting her into pieces with a knife, the suspect is said to have eaten parts of her internal organs.
Neighbors alerted the police, who arrived on the scene and apprehended her. The remains of her daughter were moved to Kitengela's main hospital morgue

@mkenyadamu The neighbors tried to break into the house, but she had it locked. They broke the small window pane on the door to try and latch the locked using a hammer, but didn't succeed. The video was filmed through a window. Poor girl.

Raila wa kike had locked the house from inside. But whether locked or not, killing the Raila/Wanjiru/Joho/Ongili etc is the only way you can stop her/him from murdering a victim. She ought to have been killed on the spot instead of arresting her.
