It has now emerged that under-siege lawyer Miguna Miguna's plan that he revealed while on his global tour to popularize National Resistance Movement (NRM) in the United States could the reason why the Kenyan government denied him entry into the country.
While addressing his supporters at a hotel in Dallas, Texas on March 10th, a day after the unity pact between President Uhuru and Opposition leader Raila Odinga, the self-declared NRM general outlined a plan of bringing 5 million people to the streets of Nairobi to out muscle the government security agencies and "snatch power" from President Kenyatta.
“They have 350,000 armed men in the military, police, the General Service Unit, and the Prisons," Miguna stated.
“So the formula is easy; I will bring five million men and women to the streets of Nairobi. You can’t shoot that. That’s why they didn’t shoot in The Philippines, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso. That’s how revolutions happen,” he disclosed.
He said after the plan, President "Uhuru would take a flight to Congo".
In his speech, Miguna also castigated National Super Alliance (Nasa) leader Raila Odinga over his decision to work with President Uhuru terming it a betrayal to his supporters and the fight against injustices.
“And what does Miguna need? His mouth, and his head. And then you give me a platform, and I rally my boys, whether you like it or not,” the self-styled General told an excited crowd.
After arriving at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Monday last week, the former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant was denied entry into the country by Immigration authorities and was deported to Dubai about 72 hours later.
Miguna stayed in Dubai from Thursday morning, where he was taken ill after claiming that he had been tranquilized with an unknown substance at JKIA before before being kicked out.
He allegedly left Dubai on Sunday night and landed in Toronto, Canada on Monday, one of his lawyers, Nelson Havi said in a tweet.
"(He) travelled to and arrived in Toronto, Canada. He will undergo toxicology tests and treatment for the chemicals used to sedate and poison him. He will return thereafter," Mr Havi posted on Twitter.

He set out to have "a mother of all liberation fight" on arrival to Kenya on 26th of March. He has certainly had a mother of all deportation saga seen in recent history! Beat that a 3rd time Miguna.............people are dancing to the Miguna Miguna dance not the Lunga Lunga as you intended.
Miguna has no wisdom no leadership skills either, and no rationale thinking he just run his mouth and put himself into so many trouble even his NASA folks. His aatack in Kenya government will frustrate him more
Miguna,is the Dallas speech the one you claimed the organizers defrauded you $20,000 with only a little over 100 people in attendance paying $20 /person at the entrance?
Matiangi has earned renewed respect from me. If we get this breed of politicians, our country will be better. Watch his rationale on recent MM events: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIrzJJ47Q6A
Mwakilishi, stop lying. Miguna was not deported a second time, he refused to enter the country of Kenya by refusing to produce his travel documents for stamping and recording as is lawfully required for entry into any country in the world. Secondly the self destructing Miguna has no following anywhere as he bashes everyone he encounters. Ask those he met in Dallas Texas. He is his own worst enemy and the fool will die a very lonely death.
Miguna you cannot get 5M people demo in Kenya. People do not love you. You were welcomed by less than 10 people last time you landed to Canada.
