Kenyan Man Reported Missing in the UK Found

Sammy Muraya, a 25-year-old Kenyan man who had been missing in Lutton, UK since Friday last week was on Tuesday found.

Muraya, who police had described as black, around 6 feet tall and of slim build, had last been seen on Friday in Hurst Way, Luton wearing a white top, white trainers and blue jeans. Authorities had urged anyone with any information that could lead to his tracing to call 101 quoting reference number 69.

In a statement on its Facebook page, Bedfordshire Police announced Muraya was found alive and safe without giving further details of what had happened to him.

“Missing Sammy Muraya has been found safe and well thanks for your help in sharing our appeal,” the short statement read.
