Popular Kenyan DJ, Joseph Mwenda, known professionally as DJ Joe Mfalme, has released a statement following his arrest in connection with the death of Detective Felix Kelian.
Mfalme expresses his deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Detective Kelian. He emphasizes his full cooperation with the ongoing investigation. The statement details a vehicle mishap that led to an altercation with the detective. Following the incident, Kelian experienced abdominal pain and blood in his urine. He was transported to the police station and later to the hospital, where he underwent surgery. Sadly, Detective Kelian succumbed to his complications on March 22 at Nairobi West Hospital.
