19-Year-Old Kenyan Man Escapes from Custody After Smearing Poop on Policeman's Face

Police in Tana River county are searching for a 19-year-old man who escaped from a police station after smearing poop on an officer’s face.
The man identified as Abdul Awath had been booked to Bura Police Station after he was arrested and charged for assault.
In the wee hours of Monday morning, the suspect requested to visit the washroom to relieve himself and was escorted by police constable Anthony Wanjau.
Abdul took long in the toilet prompting Wanjau to knock on the door to confirm whether he was okay.
Shortly after, the suspect emerged from the lavatory and attacked the officer by smearing feces on his face before fleeing.
“The prisoner, thereafter, opened the toilet door and smeared the officer’s face with his poop he had put the poop in a bottle of water. After committing the act, he ran away,” reads a part of a report of the incident filed at Bura Police Station under OB Number 12/30/11/2020.
Wanjau, who was on duty, tried to run after Abdul but the suspect outsprinted him. The man was set to appear in court for a mention of his case on December 10th, 2020.

This is where the US beats Kenya. He would be in the system now. He would not be a functional member of society till he paid his dues. Now he can go and buy a fake ID and be someone unrecognizable!
