Mukhisa Kituyi Enters 2022 Presidential Race

United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTD) secretary-general Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi has declared his bid for the presidency.
Addressing the press in Bungoma on Saturday, Kituyi said he will be on the presidential ballot come 2022 and his main agenda if elected will be implementing policies to improve Kenya's economy.
The 65-year-old added that his international experience makes him the most suitable candidate and challenged other presidential aspirants to tell Kenyans how they plan to resuscitate the country’s economy.
“It is no longer a secret. I will be going for the presidency in 2022. Nobody should tell us who to support. We need a President who will save this country and Kenyans from a bad economy,” he said.
He pointed out that his term at UNCTD is about to expire and will return to the country for rigorous campaigns ahead of the 2022 general election.
Kituyi, who served as the Minister of Trade during retired President Mwai Kibaki’s administration, is Kenya’s highest-ranking diplomat in the UN.
He was appointed the seventh UNCTD secretary-general in 2013 and reappointed for another four-year term in July 2017. The current term expires mid this year.
Kituyi studied political science and international relations at the University of Nairobi, and Makerere University in Uganda.
He joins the list of leaders seeking to succeed President Kenyatta in 2022 including Deputy President William Ruto, ODM leader Raila Odinga, Musalia Mudavadi of ANC, and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.

Remember Ruto is merely followed by tribal voters from his Kalejin community. Ruto does not have the national appeal as a leader.
The only reason you hear about Ruto is due to the fact that he is involved in scandals which spread across the country. Also Ruto’s tribes men re strictly behind him because they benefit from Ruto’s corrupt deals.
Kituyi is a different kind of politician because he is not marred in corruption! His integrity is intact unlike that of DP Ruto!

Jambazi Mukhisa defeated another thug, expired Mwangale as Kimilili MP in 1992.Like other thugs, his first job immindetly after being sworn in was to raise his salary. This is an ABUSE OF OFFICE CORRUPTION OFFENCE but it seems thuggery MPs are above the same laws they enact.Kituyi is just corrupt as other elite thugs although some like Kabogo,Wanjiru,Joho,Raila,Kamanda,Murathe etc kill other human beings as they wish.

Nothing new here just another corrupt, power hungry politician with empty promises. All of them are selfish. They all want to raise their pay first. No politician ever opposed their own wage increase. Watch this space. Never trust a politician or any politician. Its time to be self reliant. Period.
