Venezuelan Jose Camargo Decided Kenya's President-Elect, Raila Lawyers Tell the Supreme Court
Lawyers representing Raila Odinga in the presidential petition on Friday demonstrated to the court how a Venezuelan national allegedly tampered with Forms 34A on the IEBC server.
Lawyers Paul Mwangi and Julie Soweto showed the Supreme Court judges how one Form 34A they found in the IEBC portal was tampered with and had some numbers changed.
They displayed a Form 34A bearing the name of Jose Camargo at the top left corner of the form. Camargo was among the three Venezuelan nationals arrested at JKIA on July 21st while carrying election materials and later deported.
“We believe these are the fingerprints of one of the suspects of the theft of this election…,” lawyer Mwangi told the court.
Advocate Soweto managed to download the said file from Gicharaigu Primary School 02 in Kangema, Murang’a County from the IEBC portal live in court.
“When we go to the bombshell itself, the top left-hand corner of the form, we were told by Mr Gumbo there were no foreigners in this election, we were told the foreigners left before August 8th, we were told they did not even have access to maintain the server…” said Soweto.
“At the top left-hand corner is the name of one of the Venezuelans Jose Camargo, this is the person who decided the president-elect of this country. He is the one who was interfering with the forms, a crump was left by God’s grace, we found something… we didn’t make this up, we were told we made this up. This is how the staging, the changes were happening.”
She went on to indicate that the IEBC stamp on the form looked superimposed and also a sign of tampering with the numbers.
“If we sum up the total votes, we get 316. The total votes cast according to this particular form is 321, different from what we have just seen. The rejected votes are 4, which means already by calculation, there is a problem. A close scrutiny of the form shows that the number was probably 455 and the 5 is actually similar to figures written in the votes cast. But somebody or somehow, that figure has been changed to make it look like 488,” he added.
The lawyer further showed two Forms 34A from Mt. Elgon and Nyeri polling stations that have similar serial numbers F230450M00204133.
“This is the same KIEMS kit one from Mt Elgon 1000 kilometres from Nyeri town two hours later, how is that possible? Each polling station had its own unique Kiems kit which was supposed to transmit its own unique address…" Soweto noted.

I feel extreme pain at this point to be a Kenyan. So sad in a country with so many educated people/religious people/ honorable people that the supreme court of the republic can allow this kind of nonsense to be spewed and beamed to the world. I take it that lawyers have a "duty to their clients" to extract a "win" but at what cost? Why would the SCOK allow someone to present falsehood- unchallenged/ un- interrupted and incite Kenyans with political lies that "aliens determined their vote" by projecting an image without context. Just how can 7 honorable justices sit there and not ask how an image on a portal is prove of hacking? They almost refused the IEBC lawyer from showing Kenyans the REAL FORM 34A- Why? Notice that even when the brilliant young IEBC lawyer told everyone in Kenya that the image transmitted to the portal was actually "technically a pdf scan" - they called it a "picture" the court still entertained the garbage of jpeg/ conversion bs as if they never heard the evidence- why? IEBC said they stored a black/white scan to hid colors of hand-written lines so one cannot forge the form to look like the original! He said that agents were allowed to take pictures of ACTUAL form in color and use it for checking- yet the court was deaf! Why would "senior lawyers" like mwangi show an image clearly with background overlay and claim it is evidence of hacking? How un-patriotic? Our country deserves better than this- Why dint the petitioner request to see all 34As/ tally them- All 34Bs tally them? When did this forms "enter a server?" In 2017 orengo went to court to stop live streaming of "provisional results" CJ Maraga called them unconstitutional- forward 2022- The court/ orengo/ national security council says lack of "streaming was causing anxiety- to deep state maybe?" To the media- you have betrayed your country when it needed you most- You tallied the forms- knew/know the winner- stopped streaming when your candidate lost- joined the petitioners and feign ignorance of "who won" -Kenyans will forever remember!

Certainly there are those,but the movers and checkers of our Kenya appear to lack two important attributes that would make them respectable,if not honorable,and that is integrity,and ethical behaviors.In short they are corrupt.
