Gachagua Disputes Ruto's Inner Circle Over Alleged Divisions

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has ignited a political firestorm by accusing specific leaders within President William Ruto's inner circle of fostering division within the governing coalition.

He laments the intricate political dynamics unfolding in Kenya, particularly as the nation prepares for upcoming elections. Gachagua's primary grievance centres on certain politicians from the Rift Valley region, whom he alleges are actively misleading the influential Mt. Kenya region. As Deputy President, Gachagua reiterates his crucial responsibility to ensure President Ruto's administration delivers effective services to all Kenyans. His priorities remain steadfastly focused on service delivery, and he has urged those who seek to create political tension to refrain from doing so.

Reflecting on the formation of the Kenya Kwanza government, Gachagua emphasizes the substantial sacrifices made by President Ruto, himself, and others during the arduous election period. These challenges, he contends, demonstrate the unflagging commitment required to lead and govern effectively. Speaking at a women and youth empowerment event in Kesses constituency, Uasin Gishu, Gachagua highlighted the complexities that characterize the political landscape of the Mt. Kenya region. He cautioned against attempts to manipulate the region's political alignment, asserting, "Do not seek to align us because we are firm."

According to Gachagua, only those who truly comprehend the nuances of Mt. Kenya can navigate its complexities successfully. Gachagua urges leaders to remain steadfast in their positions and work diligently within their respective jurisdictions. The Deputy President acknowledges that his forthright approach resonates with many Kenyans who value transparency and honesty in the political arena. Furthermore, Gachagua reaffirms his tireless support for President Ruto throughout his two terms in office. Even beyond Ruto's tenure, he pledges to respect any decision forged by the Rift Valley region. Unity and cooperation, he emphasizes, are essential for effective governance.

In response to potential splits within the coalition, several Kenya Kwanza leaders from President Ruto's stronghold have rallied behind Gachagua. Senators Samson Cherargei, Jackson Mandago, and Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen have dismissed claims of division within the ranks. Tindiret MP Julius Meli echoes these sentiments, calling on Kenyans to support the government while acknowledging Gachagua's pivotal role during the last General Election.

Ruto id taking Kenya to the wolves by attacking his DO through proxies like the most uneducated Oscar Sudi and Falouk Kiveti. Ruto is the biggest loser in the fallout with Gachagua. The mountain folks are on the edge with Ruto’s behavior and they are more than ready to ditch Ruto.

Riggy G. What happened to the government if “shareholders” and what you told us “serikali iko na wenyewe”?

Both you and Ruto can always step down if the kitchen is too hot for you. You sound like you are very desperate and under siege from the silly Ruto crooked clan. Did you not know this mess was coming when you insulted Uhuru Kenyatta? Deal with the madness boy.

There is no one who knows the art of dirty politics than Rigathi. He knows his voting block is very strong and right now they are very sick and tired of Ruto. Ruto is just a one term president if he makes it to 2027. Kenyans are simply tired of Ruto’s lies, corruption and propaganda. The people have badly suffered under Ruto and they can’t wait to kick him out office in 2027.

Tell it like it is Gachagua! Keep talking and expose every one including Ruto. You got nothing to lose by telling the truth. Ruto can’t force you to resign! Keep dishing the juicy stuff about Ruto until he shapes up. You have an upper hand is this game of dirty politics. Survival for the fittest and the one with a bigger mouth. People are listening and they know you are fighting for them.

These fools are supposed to be working hard for the people not spending all their energy on politicking nonsense!!!

People will choose their next leaders in the next election based on the results of your work that you promised them!!!

You may as well all resign and give the people a chance to elect new leaders!!!

A house divided cannot stand!!!
