Huduma Namba Registration for Kenyans in the Diaspora to Begin on May 6th

The registration of Kenyans living and working in the diaspora into the National Integrated Identity Management System (NIIMS) is set to be launched next month.

This was announced by President Kenyatta in his Easter message to Kenyans on Friday.

Kenyatta says Kenyans abroad will begin registering for Huduma Namba beginning May 6th, 2019.

The registration drive for Kenyans in the diaspora will be done in their respective Embassies and Consulates for a period of 45 days.

“Fellow Kenyans living in the Diaspora, I am pleased to inform you that the Huduma Namba registration begins on May 6th for a period of 45 days at our Embassies and Consulates," says Kenyatta.

He has also revealed that 11 million Kenyans have registered for Huduma Namba since its launch 16 days ago.

"In just 16 days of active registration, I am proud to announce that an impressive 11 million people have registered for their Huduma Namba.”

Kenyatta has further assured Kenyans that their data in the system will be safe as the Cabinet has approved the Data Protection Policy and Bill, which will seek to secure private information.

In a ruling early this month, the High Court barred the government from forcing Kenyans to register for Huduma Namba or denying services to those who would not register.

The government was further barred from sharing data collected during the registration with foreign organizations.

Enough with this nonsense. The embassies and consulates are not issuing the new ePassport and now they are talking about the huduma number. Uhuru and his govt think we are fools and treat us as second class citizens except that they want our hard earned money to prop up the economy. The ePassport process should have been streamlined a long time ago so put this issue of the Huduma number away until the passport issue fixed. Enough is enough.

The 11 million is made up of children. They have given those Huduma numbers to Kenyan school going children without their parents consent.

Huduma Namba is Namba ya Shetani.

So diaspora hide your children.

Well said where did they get money to send officials and yet epassport are not here. We should not go to DC if the epassport will not be issued to all.let them serve us from where we reside. We are busy.

Huduma Namba has been issued to Kenyan children without their parents consent. They have given children the demonic number by force.

The Kenyan government has crossed the line. They must be stopped.

Given how many times card issuers get compromised, why is the president so sure this time it will be different. Be afraid, be very afraid.

The government has written off diasporans from even the basic rights of participating in elections. Each time the President has excuses as to why he cannot meet diasporans and engage them in what's going on in the country. Diaspora, ni pesa tu. "Just shut up, send the money back home and keep your opinions about what you have learnt or experienced that can help the country" si ndio. Basi nanyi kaeni mbali sana na hii upuzi ya huduma namba- priorities Uhuru...

DNA is big business in Western, so called "White" countries (Edormites countries). In Hebrew Israelites countries or so called (Black countries)not so. Hebrew Israelites countries need to be careful about their DNA's being misused by Edormites. Kenyan's, if it's voluntary, don't give any of your private information it may be used to control you again either as modern day slaves or modern day colonized people.

If Kenya is such a shi*hol*, I am sure by now you have embolden yourself by acquiring citizenship of the place you reside. I have relatives and friends that have decided Kenya is not for them and invested and built lives around the places they reside or elsewhere. They are not here nit picking each and every aspect of Kenyan life. Simply, don't take a huduma number, period! Kenyans I know who have given up on a future in Kenya, are investing in other places such as Belize, Costa Rica, Thailand, Dubai and France. I am currently in Nairobi and things are not easy to say the least. However, I am plugging a long with my business, however tough.

I do not trust this number one bit, not one single bit, they cannot afford to create electronic voting for diasporans, or even issue passports without the nightmare that are these corrupt embassies but wako na pesa ya kuleta Huduma number. Useless goons, and whoever believes this is the same as SSN is just as delusional as that Jubilee govt.
I do not need a Kenyan passport thank you,m I do not even have a Kenyan ID , thank you, I do not pay kenyan taxes and neither do I forsee needing anything from that government until it rightens itself, So I will try living without that number and see if I die. If I have seen Americans live without SSN na wakakufa wakazikwa ni kenya itatushinda........ Hata hawa wakenya wanapiha kelele hapa ni wangapi wako na Social ? Mshindwe katika jina la Kenya .....

I applied for replacement of my pass port five months back and up now ni stories tu when inquiring in embassy. They say only three weeks to process, but wapi. Just keep your huduma namba and deal with pass port issues first. Even that that huduma namba will turn into just a mirrage.
