Kenyan Bishop Swindles US Donor Millions Meant for Children's Home

A philanthropist from the United States has made an appeal to the Kenyan justice system for assistance in recovering a children's home and school that was swindled away from her by a bishop based in Naivasha.

Sherri Gonzalez shares that she established a nonprofit organization in 2016 and travelled to Kenya the following year intending to start an educational centre for underprivileged and vulnerable children. It was during her time in Kenya that she crossed paths with a bishop who was ministering at Oasis Grace in Naivasha, and he offered to assist her in setting up the school. The Sherri's Education Centre, situated in Karagita, Naivasha, was established with the primary objective of providing education to disadvantaged students during their adolescence.

She expresses regret in hiring Abiud Masinde to serve as a director. She discloses having found out that he produced bogus paperwork to make it seem like she was the school's owner. Upon digging through the documents, it was disclosed that the bishop registered ownership of the property in his name. Sherri shares that she continued to remit money to the bishop for the operation of the institution. Sherri firmly believes that gaining control of her school is crucial to continuing her quest to assist underprivileged children across the country.

She says that her son and a former NFL player Genos Derwin Williams played a significant role in raising millions of dollars for the project. Sherri expresses her lack of sympathy towards the Bishop, lamenting that the bishop has escaped being held accountable. She denounces his actions of hoarding the funds intended for the children, the community, and the future, thereby depriving them of the blessings she intended to provide.

Those preachers, bishops and priests are the world rat thieves in the current Kenya led by Ole Sapit and Ruto. Then followed by Gachagua and Doracus! Oh I forgot Raeli Ruto!

Ningependa WaKenya wote wachukue KIAPO CHA KUMALIZA MAMBO YA HONGO NA RUSHWA KILA SEHEMU YA NCHI KWA KUSEMA:

“Sitatoa au kupokea rushwa yoyote nchini. Niko tayari kujitolea mhanga mpaka nchi yetu iwe nchi ya watu walio na utu ili ijulikane na kusifiwa kila mahali duniani kote.”

Just the name itself,Abiud Masinde, tells the story. There are no Masinde's in Naivasha. That is either a Kisii name or a Kamba name and it would be a miracle for a Kisii or a Kamba person to come to Naivasha to establish a church there unless it's a con person. Wishen up lady, Kenya or Nigeria is not Vitican!!!!. You will run this as you deal with authority to address your issue. Good luck!!!!

Before we cast aspersions on the Pastor, let's hope he will have something plausible in his defense.something like there was a miss understanding...,and that he will return the money, and transfer ownership,in the name of our Lord.

My 5-year-old daughter the other asked me which is the most dangerous animal in Kenya. It was not a childish question but it was the kind of a question a child would ask. You should have seen the look on her face when I told her that a pastor and a politician are the 2 most dangerous animals in Kenya because they will devour you while filling your head with all kinds of sweet nonsense.

Wajua hii mambo ilianza zamani. Kamaru, had a a phrase "gūtirī mūthūngū na mūbīa" in one of his songs. Back then mūbīa would tell you to close your eyes and pray while his brother mūthūngū was stealing our land. Once they left, the politician and the pastor simply slid into their shoes. Only this time they both wrap themselves in priestly robes and tell you they are doing it in Jesus' name. How can anyone question their greedy motives?

Sherri,
I am so sorry for what you and your good intended donors are going through.
As a Kenyan who has experienced similar circumstances, may l impart upon you prayerfully continue to be patient as all who can work on this.
There are many innocent children who you are trying to help that will be forever emotionally wounded if the adults di not exercise wisdom.
For my part, l will forward your story to the DCI in Kenya.
Prayers for all involved.

Sherri, may our Lord Almighty bless you and your family. God bless the work of your hands, this issue touches the bottom of my heart. There are many people of good will still left out there, you can share with them, your organization and what you do, especially Kenyans in the diaspora. I would say that if you want to persue any legal proceeding, it has to be initiated from USA by the necessary legal authority. A project involving this kind money can be taken as money laundering. Have faith, for your dreams and hope will live. Thanks

Sherri I am simply appalled to learn what this Bishop whom I know and respected did to your project. I never knew he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Robbing from disadvantaged children has earned him a punishment he will never escape. "Malipo ni hapa duniani. Shame on him. We are forwarding this message to every platform to expose his evil actions. Please lodge a complaint to the government of Kenya through the American Embassy in Kenya. Do not loose your vision regarding your school. It will come to pass. We genuine Kenyans emphasise with you and pray that you regain regain rightful ownership of your institution.
