Miguna Miguna Calls Out Ruto Lies

Firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna has joined the growing chorus of Kenyans and organizations expressing their outrage over the president's recent attacks on the judiciary.

Dr Miguna implores Dr Ruto to refrain from intimidating the judiciary and litigants in Kenya. He raises concerns about the President's contradictory stance as he claims to be determined to eradicate Uhuru Kenyatta's history of impunity, yet expects ordinary citizens to comply with laws and court rulings that he disregards. Dr Miguna cautions that such behaviour is sowing the seeds of disorder and predicts dire repercussions in the near future.

Drawing attention to the rampant corruption in Kenya, which extends even to the State House where the President resides and operates, the fervent lawyer underlines the significance of tackling this problem through legal means rather than resorting to intimidation or extralegal measures. He counsels Dr Ruto to exercise caution and refrain from being swayed by the supporters of Kenya Kwanza. Dr. Miguna maintains that there exist numerous legitimate channels through which the President can effect transformative change in Kenya.

Dr Miguna has conveyed his readiness to join the battle against the government if it disregards the law or violates the Constitution. This is not the first occurrence where he has openly criticized Dr Ruto whom he previously supported in the elections. Merely a week ago, the passionate attorney urged Kenyans not to find excuses for the present regime, contending that the government has disappointed them and left them devoid of hope. In his perspective, the president is at fault for the lack of progress in his first year in office because of his appointment of "incompetent and corrupt individuals" who have contributed to the state's shortcomings.

Regardless of his political affiliations, Dr Miguna has made it clear that he will always stand up for what he believes is just and in line with the law and Constitution. Recent posts on his social media accounts suggest that the lawyer, popularly known as the 'General', is increasingly vocal in his criticism of the government. In 2017, Mr. Odinga's team experienced a significant setback, but in 2018, a momentous occasion known as the March 9 Handshake took place.

This handshake between Mr Odinga and then President Uhuru Kenyatta brought about a new disagreement between the two, ultimately resulting in Miguna being forced to seek refuge in Canada, a country of which he is also a citizen. The lawyer has been seen alongside the president and State officials on multiple occasions, where he criticized Mr Odinga and other opposition politicians. Speculation arose that he may receive a government appointment, possibly as the chief administrative secretary.

Although he expressed openness to a government position, he made it clear that he would not accept any CAS role due to its unconstitutional nature. Subsequently, he applied for the position of Kenya's director of public prosecutions but it was ultimately given to Renson Ingonga. As he had previously warned, the High Court ruled on July 3, 2023, that Dr Ruto's appointment of 50 CASs was unconstitutional, following a petition by the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and Katiba Institute. The government has since appealed this decision.

Ruto has no agenda for Kenya except stealing to his nasty nose! Which Ruto are you talking about? Ruto The thief, Ruto the bishop, Zakayo, or the kigweugweu? Ruto is a curse from God to tell Kenyans they have all disobeyed God for voting for a thief!

What religious organization does Ndugu Samoei Cherop Ruto belong to?

His religion (daily) believes and practices lying, stealing, nepotism, and corruption. Kenya is in serious trouble when the leader of the nation practices all the above vices in a nation comprising 70 different micro nations.

Ruto is a Devil Worshipper! Only a man who is controlled by Satanic forces can behave like Ruto does! He operates from the evil spirit of those women and children he has killed by burning them in the Kiambaa church in 2007. Oscar Sudi poured the petrol around the church while Ruto lit the match!

There is a saying in Kenya, "why hire a lawyer when you can buy a judge?" Judges are corrupt in Kenya whether you like Ruto or not. They were corrupt long before Ruto was president. We can live in denial all we want, but remember you cannot solve a problem that you don't accept that you have. Corrupt judges need be prosecuted and removed from the bench.

The big mouth has no memory at all? Ruto just explained why he has to do what he has to due to help deal with obvious corruption in the judiciary like what happened to this big mouth's case when Uhuru was literally arm twisting the same judiciary to fit his narrative of denying him reentry into the country. And as soon as Ruto became the president, he also possibly arm twisted the judiciary to let him back in. So, Ruto has to veto some stuff to get the country in the right direction, unfortunately because Uhuru and his dynasty are still trying to fight back to reclaim their corruptly obtained wheeler-dealings and wealth. They are trying to do this through the already corrupt judicially

Bure kabisa!

It is your time to keep quiet we fix the country one by one.

@ Luvan Mensah:

Calling an entire micro nation (DHOLUO) inappropriate names shows very clearly that you are illiterate. Illiteracy does not mean the number of degree you have obtained from institutions of higher learning, but illiteracy based on "Lack of Critical Thinking Skills," or KKK in Kiswahili - Ukosefu wa "Kufikiri Kwa Kina."
