Walmart, one of America's largest employers, is offering an exceptional opportunity for international professionals seeking both lucrative employment and permanent residency in the United States.
The retail giant has embarked on an initiative to attract global talent by combining substantial compensation packages exceeding $100,000 annually with the prospect of Green Card sponsorship, creating an attractive pathway for skilled individuals to establish themselves in America. The company's commitment to international recruitment is evident in its filing of approximately 1,900 labour certifications for Green Cards between 2020 and 2022. This strategic move primarily targets professionals in technical and managerial domains. Senior Software Engineers, for instance, can anticipate a base salary of around $120,000, with total compensation potentially reaching $143,000 when including bonuses and additional benefits.
Walmart's recruitment focus considers various specialized positions with particular emphasis on roles such as Senior Software Engineers, IT Managers, and Data Scientists. These positions demand not only technical expertise but also strategic thinking to align with the company's broader business objectives. The ideal candidates possess both technical prowess and leadership capabilities, as Walmart seeks professionals who can navigate complex operational challenges while driving technological innovation. Prospective applicants should note the stringent qualifications required for these positions.
Most roles require at least a bachelor's degree, with advanced positions often requiring a master's degree in relevant fields such as computer science, engineering, or business administration. Additionally, Green Card sponsorship is typically reserved for individuals with substantial experience in their respective fields. Beyond competitive salaries, Walmart offers a comprehensive benefits package that enhances the overall value proposition for potential employees. This includes extensive healthcare coverage encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
Employees may also benefit from annual bonuses, profit-sharing programs, and educational assistance. For interested candidates, the application process begins on Walmart's careers website, where detailed job listings can be found. Given the competitive nature of these positions, applicants are advised to articulate their expertise and achievements clearly, emphasizing their potential contributions to Walmart's continued growth and success.

I need a job and a green card.
We're full, stay out.
Those technical roles are flooded with the Indian community; funny how both Biden and trump mentioned of increasing visas for eastern Asians with such tech qualifications. This is not a coincidence
Getting rid of American workers for illegal migrants workers, same as other companies. You are not hiding anything.
My support at this time goes to your competitors.
Screw you!
Hey Ben, these are jobs for LEGAL immigrants who are highly educated. Obviously you cannot read. The Green Card is for permanent resident alien status which leads to American citizenship. The fact that you are clueless about this process is a classic example of why we need to recruit people who are educated. America has too many uneducated morons who voted for Trump.
I agree here. I have a bachelor's degree n Business but it sounds like the odds of getting a position with this company is probably ZERO but we are aimed at finding jobs for people that don't even have a right to be in this country! My mother has a green card and came here legally many years ago...over 50 plus years ago and my father is an American citizen. Why are we not trying to people the people already here legally to find employment? Looks like I will be canceling my Walmart plus membership and shopping on Amazon and at Costco or BJs from here on out. How ridiculous! I never wanted to and never have worked for Walmart anyway because I personal know how they treat their employees. You got hourly workers you make part time to avoid paying the any benefits but you have this program for foreigners? Get outta here....move to another country!

I need a jobs and green card
Frankly misleading!!!
How to apply?
What a disgrace shame on Walmart for choosing illegal immigrants over American citizens.
Even as an American with cognitive and physical disabilities am appalled that Wal Mart first destroyed community businesses then continued to push suppliers out of business. Now it takes American jobs and outsources them! The answer is for Americans to stop buying Wal Mart products. While I cheer the rapid emergence of India and the brilliance of Modi, I fear that Indian domination of IT comes with regional and caste based discrimination.
This is definitely not true
