Kenyan Woman Living in the US Seeks Financial Support After Mother is Brutally Murdered

A Kenyan woman living in the United States is mourning the death of her mother who was brutally killed in Kenya.

Beatrice Wanjiku Gitura, the mother to Jackie Koli of Seattle, Washington, was found murdered in her car after she went missing on Friday, May 22nd after leaving her workplace.

Her body was found in the passenger’s seat with the throat slip, hands tied with a rope and a piece of cloth tied across her mouth. The car was found dumped in Njukiri area, Embu County, about 20 kilometers from her home.

Jackie, the only child of the deceased, has appealed to well-wishers for financial support to help her accord her mother a befitting sendoff as well as seek justice.
