The President, who spoke on Wednesday at Jacaranda Grounds in Nairobi where he issued over 50,000 title deeds to Eastlands residents, said he will reach out to everyone in the unity drive.

"Mimi naheshimu kila mkenya na sitishwi na mtu yeyeote. Watu waelewe vizuri. Heshima sio utumwa jameni…Mtu asifikirie ya kwamba mimi ni mtu wa kutishwatishwa huko. Kama ni vitisho tutaona vitisho itazidi upande gani. Mimi sio mtu wa kutishwa."

"...hata Babu Owino na George Aladwa (Makadara MP) ni rafiki yangu. Tuwache upuzi jameni."

The Head of State was responding to Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko's remarks asking him not to be intimidated by anyone over his (Sonko) decision to nominate deported lawyer Miguna Miguna as Nairobi Deputy Governor.

"My aim is work with you Sonko and uplift the lives of city residents. Build roads, issue title deeds, supply water, and give jobs to the youth," President Uhuru said.

"Many out here are criticising me saying 'what is that you did to go talk with Raila?' Raila is a Kenyan and I have a right to talk all people whose aim is to see our country go forward. We don’t want divisions anymore," he said.

Kenyan press should learn to sieve some stories like the one above because it is just small talk devoid of meaning. Impunity stories should take precedence and Uhuru keeping on saying ati hawezi kutishwa na mtu is annoying and opposite of the truth, very defensive.

Uhuru is a Coward (Kiguoya) and a PARANOID at best (just like his Dad Jomo was). A Bark without a Bite; even Toothless.
